Overview

The Video SDK Addon provides complementary components to the Video SDK. These additional elements can evolve independently and bring new features without requiring any change to the Video SDK itself.

Installation

The Video SDK Addon is provided as a .unitypackage, which allows easy importing into Unity: drag and drop the file into the project panel of the Editor or select the menu Assets -> Import Package -> Custom Package....

Addons

Platform-specific video senders

In addition to the Video SDK, you may need additional components to stream video on some specific devices. We provide some ready-to-use video senders for some platforms (i.e. Meta Quest, Meta Wearables, etc.). These are TextureVideoStreamSender implementations covering platform-specific requirements.

Note: if you need to support a platform not included in this package, you can create your own custom video sender. See Custom TextureVideoStreamSender subclasses for more details.
